Context
TopTours managed tours and bookings through spreadsheets and paper records. The team needed a shared view of bookings, agency commissions and vehicle documents.
It also needed passenger lists for customs, guides and hotels, without preparing each format separately.
What we built
We built a travel management system for tours, bookings, fleet and drivers. Commissions and expenses are linked to the relevant departure.
The system prepares passenger lists, flags overlapping bookings for the same client and helps merge duplicate records. Financial reports bring income and expenses together for monthly, quarterly and annual review.
Outcome
Development continued over eighteen months. Financial reporting, booking conflict checks and backup management were expanded as the team used the system in daily work.
