We hold the whole chain: domain, hosting, email and site. One point of contact, one party responsible, and nobody with anyone to blame.
What is included
Domain
Registration of .al, .com and the common extensions, with supervised renewal and DNS record management for the site, email and search engine verifications.
The domain is registered in your name. You retain ownership.
Hosting
Hosting tuned for WordPress, not a generic plan. SSL certificate included and renewed automatically, server-level caching, regular backups, and a staging address for work before it goes live.
Business email
Addresses on your own domain – [email protected] – rather than a free address that tells the customer the business does not have one.
Email is included in hosting at no extra cost: up to 30 mailboxes, 5GB each. If the business grows, the plan can be upgraded.
Migration
Site and database moved without visible downtime, URLs kept identical, the DNS switch made after the new site is tested, and domain transfer from your current registrar.

Why the server matters
Hosting needs to suit the traffic and software your site runs. We look at server resources and configuration, especially:
- Speed – a slow site loses visitors before they read the first sentence, and search engines know it
- Security – a compromised neighbour on a badly partitioned server is your problem, even though the mistake was not yours
The sites we build are delivered with performance work done during the build – at Kenga Bus and Tour Tirana, caching and server configuration are part of the project rather than an add-on bought later.

This page sits between building the site and keeping it. The website, its server and its care plan are separate responsibilities, made clear before launch.

- Am I locked in?
- No. The domain is in your name and the site can move whenever you want. If you leave, we help with the move.
- Can I keep my domain where it is and take only hosting?
- Yes. We change the DNS records only.
- What if the site goes down?
- Monitoring and intervention are part of the Care & Security plan rather than hosting on its own.
- Do you host Laravel systems?
- Yes. The server is scoped against what the application needs – how many people use it, how large the database is, and what has to run in the background. See Software Development.
