What the €300 covers

Everything a service business needs to be found, understood and contacted online. Nothing on this list is an extra.

Domain and hosting for the first year

A .al or .com domain registered in your name, a year of hosting on the server we manage, and an SSL certificate. Renewals are listed further down, with no surprises.

Business email addresses

Addresses on your own domain, such as info@yourbusiness.al, set up and ready to use on your phone and computer.

A design adapted to your business

We start from a proven structure and shape it around your services, colours and photographs. Checked on phones, tablets and desktops before launch.

Up to 10 pages

Home, services, about, contact and whatever else your customers need. Additional pages cost €10-15 each.

WordPress you can edit yourself

Change texts, photographs, prices and opening hours from a visual editor. One hour of training at handover, no programmer needed afterwards.

Basic on-page SEO and AI-search readiness

Page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap and Google Search Console, so Google and AI assistants can read the site correctly. This is the initial setup; ongoing SEO work is a separate service.

2 months of support after launch

A direct line on WhatsApp or email for questions and small corrections while you get used to the site.

Payment is 50% to start and 50% on handover. Prefer to compare options first? Our pricing page and calculator show every tier and add-on.

Right for you if

  • You run a service business: a clinic, law or accounting office, restaurant, workshop, agency or shop with a physical location
  • You need a clear presentation of what you do and an easy way for customers to call, write or find you
  • Your texts, logo and photographs are ready, or nearly ready
  • One language is enough for now

Choose something else if

  • You sell online. An online shop with payments and deliveries is a different project
  • You need bookings, staff access or reports. That is custom software, not a website
  • You want a design created from scratch rather than adapted. See the unique-design ranges on the pricing page
  • You need several languages. We add them as an option, listed below

From the first conversation to a live site in 2 weeks

The clock starts when we have your texts, logo and photographs. Delays usually come from content arriving late, so we tell you exactly what we need on day one.

Days 1 to 2: brief and structure

A call or WhatsApp conversation about your business, your customers and what the site has to do. We agree the page list and send the written offer.

Days 3 to 6: design

We adapt the structure to your services, colours and photographs and show you the design on a staging address. One round of changes is included.

Days 7 to 11: build and setup

We build the pages in WordPress, connect the domain, hosting, email and SSL, and set up titles, descriptions and Google Search Console.

Days 12 to 14: launch and training

The site goes live on your domain. We walk you through the editor for an hour, then stay available for 2 months.

After the first year, and what you can add.

Nothing renews without you knowing the amount in advance. These are the only recurring costs, and the options clients ask about most.

Hosting from year two, with SSL and email€50/year
Domain renewalregistrar’s yearly price
Care plan, optional, after the 2 included months€100/year
A second language+€100
A blog or news section+€50
Each page beyond the ten included€10-15

The care plan covers tested updates, daily backups kept for 30 days, monitoring and one hour of small changes a month; see Care Plans. Hosting details are on Domains & Hosting. Anything larger, such as an online shop or a booking system, is quoted from the ranges on the pricing page.

Questions about the package

Is €300 really the whole price?

For the scope described above, yes. The written offer lists each item so you can check it at handover. The only later costs are the hosting renewal from year two, the domain renewal, and anything you choose to add.

Can I update the site myself afterwards?

Yes. Texts, photographs, prices, opening hours and new pages are edited from a visual panel in WordPress. We show you how at handover, and you have 2 months to ask us anything.

How long does it take?

2 weeks from the day we receive your texts, logo and photographs. If content is still being written, we tell you what to prepare first so the clock starts as soon as possible.

What happens after the 2 months of support?

You decide. You can manage the site yourself with no further obligation, or take the optional care plan at €100 a year for tested updates, daily backups and monitoring. Hosting renews at €50 a year either way.

Who owns the domain, the hosting and the code?

You do, from day one. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account and the WordPress administrator login are yours, and the code is handed over with the site. If you ever move to another provider, nothing is held back.

Why a .al domain?

A .al address tells customers and search engines that the business operates in Albania, and it is registered through an AKEP-authorised registrar in your company’s name. If your customers are mostly abroad, a .com works just as well. We register either as part of the package.

Can I add an online shop later?

Yes. The site is built on WordPress, so a WooCommerce shop with card payments can be added without starting over. That work is quoted separately using the e-commerce ranges on the pricing page.
