Context
Selectours sells tours directly to travellers and through partner agencies. The office needed to manage bookings, confirmations, commissions and payments from these different channels.
What we built
We built a CRM for the office and a portal where partner agencies can view tours, enter bookings and download confirmations. An integration added later lets other systems create bookings too.
The CRM tracks booking and payment status separately and reports finances by departure. Travellers can check their booking through a private link or QR code.
Outcome
The system has been in continuous use since September 2023. We have also upgraded it between major Laravel versions without interrupting the service.
