Context
Flotex Mobility provides passenger transport for tours, school trips, sports teams and corporate clients in Albania and the Balkans.
It needed a public website for transport enquiries and an internal system for charter trips and employee shuttle routes. The same fleet also needed document, inspection and maintenance tracking.
What we built
We built the WordPress and Elementor website to present the fleet and transport services, with WhatsApp contact and quote forms.
The internal fleet system uses Laravel, Livewire and Flux UI. It prepares charter invoices from trip bookings and monthly shuttle invoices from daily route logs. Staff can track vehicle documents, maintenance and upcoming expiry dates, including from an installable mobile web app.
Outcome
Delivered over eleven months, the project gives customers a direct enquiry route and staff a shared place to manage fleet work. Daily route records feed monthly invoicing, while expiry alerts help the team plan document renewals.
