Context
Beautiful Albania organises road trips, guided tours and custom travel packages. It sells directly to travellers and through partner agencies, and manages its own vehicle fleet.
The team needed safer tour editing on its existing website and a central place to manage bookings, departure costs and vehicle maintenance.
What we built
We extended the existing WordPress site so staff can review tour changes, restore earlier versions and receive enquiries with the relevant tour attached.
We also built a Laravel and Livewire CRM for tours, bookings, partner agencies and fleet management. Agencies can enter bookings through their own portal. Staff can follow departure finances, contact travellers through WhatsApp and track vehicle documents and maintenance.
Outcome
Staff can trace and undo website changes, while enquiries retain the tour details the customer selected. The CRM has been in daily use since February 2024 and continues to develop.
