Context
ATV Tirana offers quad tours, safaris, bikes, enduro rides and camping equipment. Each needs different booking rules: a quad can carry two riders, while camping equipment is hired by the day.
The team also needs to check age and licence requirements, seasonal availability and signed waivers before departure.
What we built
We built the public WordPress website and an internal CRM. The website presents the experiences and accepts enquiries; the CRM manages availability, bookings, fleet and finances.
The booking flow checks the rules for each activity. If the CRM is unavailable, the website saves the enquiry for the team to confirm. Staff can also manage vehicle maintenance and collect guest waivers by phone.
Outcome
The CRM was built in roughly six weeks using components from earlier projects. The operator now has a system that follows the booking rules of each activity and keeps the website connected to daily operations.
