## Context

 

Tour Tirana sells walking tours in five languages. It needed a public website connected to the office’s booking records so both could use the same availability.

 

Guides also needed to see expected guests and record arrivals from their phones at the meeting point.

   

## What we built

 

We built the WordPress website, an internal CRM and the integration between them. Tour details and booking forms use the office’s shared data across the English, Spanish, Italian, German and French versions.

 

The CRM manages tours, departures, bookings and payments. Guides have a check-in screen for arrivals, walk-ins and tips during the tour.

   

## Outcome

 

The CRM was built in two months using components from earlier projects. Staff update availability in one place, and guides can see who is expected without calling the office.
